Louisiana Highway 1208-1 (LA 1208-1) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves central Alexandria. It spans 4.34 miles (6.98 km) in a west to east direction. It is known as Willow Glen River Road, and connects I-49 with LA 1.
From the west, LA 1208-1 begins at an intersection with both U.S. 167 and 71 near the community of Moreland. It continues due north towards I-49, meeting it as a frontage road. LA 1208-1 then turns east towards LA 1 (Third Street). LA 1 heads north into downtown Alexandria, and south towards Marksville and Baton Rouge.
LA 1208-4 is an undivided, two lane road for its entire route.
